We’re thrilled to announce the return of the Southeastern F.O.G. Alliance Conference! It’s been a while - but we're heading back to where it all began: the Merle Manders Conference Center in Stockbridge, Georgia. Rewind with us to the early days of FOG management - before screens took over and learning was hands-on. This year’s retro-themed conference,
“Let's Go Back In Time to the Beginning,” will deliver everything you’ve missed: practical training sessions, Regulatory updates, vendor exhibitions, good food, good people, and no virtual logins, and Let’s reconnect, retrain, and reignite the grease conversation.
